"The Lord your God is in your midst,
A victorious warrior.
He will exult over you with joy,
He will be quiet in His love,
He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy."

We are not perfect. Neither are our children. Our circumstances and our children's actions do not have to change the joy we have in them- in the blessing it is to be a parent. God rejoices over his imperfect children with shouts of joy, we can strive to show our joy to our children by praying, encouraging, counting our many blessings, being positive and focusing on that- it does make a huge difference! Parenting with a joyful attitude certainly has some amazing consequences
